- 1 Bunch Fresh Butter Lettuce
- 1 Medium Fresh, Ripe Avocado
- 1/2 Small Red Onion, Thinly Sliced
- 1 Small Can Mandarin Oranges (substitute fresh orange section if desired)
- 1 Tsp Fresh Ground Pepper
- To taste: ALDER MARKET SPINACH SALAD DRESSING
- Clean and tear the Butter Lettuce, then toss with THE ALDER MARKET SPINACH SALAD DRESSING and arrange on serving platter.
- Thinly slice the avocado lengthwise.
- Arrange all ingredients on the butter lettuce and top with fresh ground pepper. Serves 2.
